About the project

During the year 2011 a low-energy flat house will be build in Vimperk. This flat house will have 5 flat units, which will have the character of a starting living for the young. Predominantly they will consist of the most desirable flats with all the utilities, one bedroom and terrace with a small garden or a balcony with a total usable area of 50m2. Furthermore we already offer housing lots that are ready for an immediate construction with a set ground plan for family houses. And lastly it is expected that two terrace houses will be build and you can reserve them already today.

New construction in Šumava

Vimperk was always and will always be the gate to Šumava, this unique mountain and forestry world of peace and quite which offers a virgin undisturbed nature.

This world, Czech Šumava and German Bavarian forest creates a single unique complex. In the periphery of the town Vimperk, near the chateau and close to the mountain Vodnik a holiday resort is located which serves to the needs of inline skaters, bicyclists or skateboarders and in the wintertime to the cross-country skiers.
