About the project

Suché Vrbné has become in last 20 years the most popular location for residential living in České Budějovice. MANE Group is now introducing continuation of the sixth stage of its successful project of the development of terrace houses, and building lots for construction of houses.

Within the scope of the sixth stage of the construction of the terrace family houses, and selling off of the real estate for the construction of new houses, the project Green Living Suché Vrbné will include 24 building units that will consist of:

• 8x standard family terrace houses
  
• 12x Low-energy family houses
  
• 4x housing lots ready for immediate construction

The location Suché Vrbné is a unique with its accessibility to the downtown of České Budějovice and at the same time it is located in a quite part of the town. "One step from the town and one from the nature." Large variety of entertainment and public services, good accessibility to public transport (see Location) and there is also vide variety of shops alongside with health and educational facilities. All these predetermine Suché Vrbné as an ideal place for living, which is also validated by the boom in residential construction in the region in the last twenty years.
