Company KM DEVELOPERS s.r.o., member of the MANE group, is finishing the construction of 42 low-energy and passive houses near Prague. Low-energy houses are located in the village Líbeznice, which offers every necessary service that is demanded by the modern consumer.

Means of transport to the location

This location is connected to the hearth of Prague through the public transportation services - mainly the subway line C station Ládví (max 10 min away) and it is also connected to the highway number D8 (max 5 min away). In a close distance (max 10 min by car) from the location it is also possible to find shopping center Letňany along with an in-door swimming pool and a supermarket Globus in Čakovicích.

The location itself is situated inside a village and with its character it respects the neighboring estate. Every necessary service is accessible in walking distance.

A solution of low-energy houses

The price for the low-energy houses is not significantly higher then in comparable build-up, but the amount of money that you will save on the energy cost goes to the tenth of percent's.

Low-energy houses follow the Czech regulation number ČSN 730540:2, which includes houses that does not go above specific heat consumption of 50 kWh/(m2a) with the use of highly effective heating system. Terrace houses, whose construction solution decreases the area of peripheral constructions, which cause the most losses of heat, are the most advantageous for the use in the low-energy house construction.
